Hi babes,

here are 3 super fast and easy “fit” recipes!

Ingredients: 

  • Powdered milk
  • Grated coconut
  • Sweetener

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Add a bit of water so it creates a pasty texture
  • Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes
  • Pass it in grated coconut and done! <3

Optimized-moussefit

Ingredients:

  • Avocado
  • Cocoa
  • Coconut oil
  • Agave or dates

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients in the processor (if you want to use the blender, use a bit of almond milk)
  • Separate the mixture in little cups and put it in the refrigerator

Optimized-frozengranola

Ingredients:

  • Granola
  • Butter or coconut oil
  • Honey
  • Yogurt (you choose which one!)
  • Fruit (blueberries, cut strawberries, raspberries)

Preparation:

  • Mix 1 cup of granola, 1 spoon of coconut oil and 1 spoon of honey
  • Take a “cupcake” dish and divide the granola mixture evenly on the bottom
  • Fill each cup with yogurt and top it off with fruit
  • Freeze it for about two hours!
